1. Where can I find care instructions for my jacket?
The care instructions are printed on a label inside the chest pocket.
2. I have damaged my garment, do you carry out repairs?
Yes, please return your garment via the retailer and we will inspect the damage and arrange for repair if this is possible.
3. What is your returns policy?

4. What are your delivery charges?
Please refer to our delivery page.
5. Will my delivery require a signature?
Yes, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.
6. Can I return/exchange items purchased from your website to a stockist near me?
No, unfortunately not. These will need to be sent back to us directly.
7. Where is my order?
You can view the status of your order in your account in ‘My Order History’, if it has been marked as dispatched you will have received an email including a tracking number.
8. How do I redeem my e-voucher?
You will receive a gift voucher email and either create and account using the email address the voucher was sent to, or if you already have one go to the ‘My account’ section. Click ‘You Gift Voucher’ and then click ‘add to e-wallet’ for the voucher you have been given. Then purchase as normal and click ‘use e-wallet’ when at checkout stage.
9. Do you deliver at weekends?
We cannot guarantee any deliveries at weekends, our delivery times are weekdays only.
