A note to thank your team for the most fantastic customer service over the last couple of weeks.

I telephoned mid August with a panic request for a new Schöffel coat -  our Labrador having made light work of my last one…….

I needed it delivered the next day to be in time for our trip to Scotland.

And I didn’t know which size or style to choose.

I was given great advice about style and fit, and was sent 2 coats so I could try both on and see which worked best for me. They arrived the next day.
 
I put my new Uppingham through its paces on the moors in the Highlands. It is certainly wind proof, fantastically waterproof – even in driving horizontal rain, warm, light and breathable.

It drew lots of envious glances as the raindrops just slid off and I sheltered under my hood.

It is the best! So thank you – it is such a pleasure to experience great service and a fantastic product.
